Epoxy Patch Pool Repair Compound can also be used as an anchoring compound for pool diving boards and ladders. In The Swim Epoxy Patch Patching and Anchoring Compound is a two-part catalyst system. The base and catalyst should be mixed well. In The Swim recommends using an electric drill with mixing attachment for easier and faster mixing.
