Q: Will this support a 16 MIL cover that is 16'x20'? What is the warranty?

A: Yes, it will work for a cover that size. The warranty is 5-years limited, 1-year full.

A: Yes, this is the complete kit! You get everything except the blanket. We have started selling the tube kits and base kits separately for some other models, but this is a complete kit.

Q: How many feet of cover can this hold at highest position? What is the weight capacity of reel?

A: I'm not sure how many feet of blanket it can hold at its highest position, but its weight capacity is 200 lbs. It can handle blankets for pools up to 24 ft. by 75 ft. with a maximum thickness of 12 mil.
