The saddles work great but

The saddles work great but my husband did have to go buy some extra pvc pipes and elbow pipes to add more saddles to hold the cover so the ends didn‚Äôt fall on the ground. It might be a good idea to add the option to buy more saddles depending on your pool size. We also decided not to drill the saddles directly to the pool and instead attached with round hose clamps so the liner didn‚Äôt have a chance to rip. Our cover holder has been up for about a week & has made keeping the solar cover clean so much easier! I wish I would‚Äôve known about this product years ago!

Pros:

It keeps the cover off of the ground which keeps it clean between uses

Expectations:

It works great and arrived on time. As I stated in my Full review above, it would be a good idea to add the option for more of the saddles for larger pool covers since we did need to make extras on our own.

great solution to holding solar cover when swimming

We had a roller type holder for our pool solar cover with our last pool and it was clumsy and took up a part of the pool when it was rolled up. So this holder is a great solution now that we have it installed. We were a bit disapointed that the brackets were plastic, not a sturdy metal and the rods to hold the hooks on are plastic, but we are hoping it holds up as long as our pool does!!

Pros:

great solution to holding the solar cover off the grass, keeping it clean and and doesn't lay on the ground, killing the grass.

Expectations:

yes arrived in a timely method in good packaging.
