- Ensure the pool pump is compatible with your equipment and pool type (above ground or in-ground).
- Prepare the area by positioning the pump on a level surface close to the filter and near the power source.
- Connect the plumbing by attaching the pump inlet to the pool's suction line and the outlet to the filter.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions to safely connect to the electrical source, ensuring the voltage matches with the pump.

These new models include the first and only single-speed pump models to use NEMA Premium® Efficient motors for pool applications.* Designed to be DOE compliant, the improved SuperFlo pumps are engineered to help save electricity and optimize hydraulic horsepower without sacrificing performance.
Pentair SuperFlo Single Speed Pool Pumps offer several key features for durability and convenience. They are built with an available high-quality proprietary Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled (TEFC) motor, ensuring a long, worry-free life. An enhanced design and balanced flow enable greater efficiency and reduced operating costs, while the overall improved design stands up to demanding installations and conditions. Servicing is made easier with a 1.5" internal slip (2" external slip) and a quick-disconnect plumbing union, allowing for faster disassembly. Additionally, the Cam and RampTM Lid permits easy inspection and cleaning of the strainer basket. The SuperFlo High Performance Pool Pump's totally enclosed fan-cooled motor is ultra-quiet, running with barely a whisper and no unpleasant, high-pitched noise.
SuperFlo pumps feature thick walled body parts, a heavy-duty 56 square flange motor, and highly engineered hydraulics, SuperFlo pumps' silent running capability and small footprint allow it to easily drop into a compact equipment pad.
