The U.S. Motors Emerson EB2984 Motor is a quality replacement motor for your pool or spa. Its open drip-proof design prevents water damage with strategically placed ventilation openings. It sports a switchless design for higher efficiency, and it has been engineered with both sealed ball bearings and triple bearing protection for longevity. It is thermally protected to prevent overheating and comes with a stainless steel shaft for durability. The Emerson 56 Y-Frame Motor runs at dual speed with both 2HP and 1/3HP and 230V.

Please Note: When replacing the motor on the pump, replacing the mechanical pump seal is required to ensure proper installation. Pump seal size varies depending on the pump and not the motor.
