Yes. When checking out you may specify another address to ship your products to.

How much will the tax be?

State & Local Sales Taxes
Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

The terms contained herein are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. We strive to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continue to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

If you are tex exempt, please call to place your order so that your order total reflects that.

States Where We Collect Sales Taxes
Orders shipped to most states will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.

Has My Order Been Processed Or Shipped?

Orders are processed the same day they are received. If you have received an Order Confirmation from us, then your order has been processed. In-Stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm CST are shipped the same day the order is processed. Please allow 2 additional days for delivery when placing an order on a holiday. Items that are on backorder or have other special shipping requirements are indicated next to the product listing.

If you need to make a change on an order you have placed, it is best to call us as soon as possible at 1-800-288-7946. Have your Order Number available for the operator. We will make every effort to change your order as requested, but it is possible that your order may have already shipped and further action may be required to correct it.

Has My Order Been Processed Or Shipped?

When inquiring about your order, please have your order information on hand:

  • Full name and address of the person the order is billed
  • Order number that you received in your “order confirmation email”
  • Customer number (if available).

How Much Does Shipping Cost In The United States?

Rates and policies
Shipping within the continental United States is a flat rate of $9.99. Additional freight charges may apply, see oversize shipping for details.

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories Shipping
In The Swim does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas US Territories at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

International Shipping
While we are always excited to help new customers, we do not yet offer shipping to addresses outside the US.

About Spa Cover Shipping
Spa covers normally take about 10-12 weeks from the time of order to actual delivery (time varies by location). Spa Covers are shipped by LTL (Less Than Truckload), a tractor trailer, and require someone to accept and sign for the delivery.
