I really like the salt

I really like the salt cell. I just hope this one last longer than 1 season

Pros:

No harsh chemicals

Expectations:

Time will tell

Works but short life.

First one quit the first summer I installed it. Warranty replaced it. The next one ran three years then the short life light came on. The units are still worth installing and converting to Salt because the annual chemical cost far exceed the replacement cost of the Cell.

Pros:

Get the PH & Alkalinity right the first of the year and the water pretty much stays stable the entire season.

Expectations:

Yes.
