Return Policy

TO RETURN MERCHANDISE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

We accept returns on select products within 30 days based on the following conditions: returns must be received in new resalable condition in their original packaging including all manuals and warranty paperwork. Used, installed or tested equipment cannot be returned. Returns received within the first 14 days receive full product refund. Returns received within days 15-30 will incur a 20% restocking fee. Any item(s) received after 30 days will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Not all items are returnable. For example: Chemicals, Paint, Custom/Special Orders, Unfolded Covers or Liners, installed Solar Reels, Pumps, Filters, Heaters or Cleaners, and Custom Commercial Furniture are all non-returnable. All pool/spa equipment MUST be accompanied by an RMA # or it will be refused, and returned at the customer’s expense. After 15 days all manufacturer's warranties apply. Items that are cancelled/refused may incur a cancellation fee. Once an item is received by In The Swim the return will be processed within 7-10 business days.

ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Deliveries should be inspected and any visible damage should be notated prior to accepting the package. All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt by the customer, or a claim cannot be submitted. On freight (oversized items) deliveries, the customer must notate damage at the point of delivery otherwise; there will be no recourse through In The Swim or the freight carrier.

  2. For all other returns, send your package to us prepaid via Fed Ex, UPS or U.S. Mail. Shipping charge for returned products back to In The Swim is your responsibility. No C.O.D. or collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the package for its full value. Keep your shipping receipts until your return has been fully processed. In The Swim is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
